Film director David Jakubovic talks about  his new, deeply moving and inspirational documentary, CBD NATION, in which he lays out the scientific proof that cannabis is effective medicine with no side effects for a number of illnesses, including epilepsy and PTSD while also showing great promise for healing various cancers--all of which raises the question: Why does the federal government refuse to make cannabis legal even though its own studies confirm cannabis’ healing properties and it owns a patent for using CBD for healing?
